Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern all website development and design services provided by SpireDevs ("we", "us", "our") to a client ("you", "the client"). By engaging SpireDevs for a web development project, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide website design, layout customization, and development services as described in the package selected by the client (Starter, Standard, or Premium). The scope of work, page count, and deliverables will be explicitly outlined in the project scope agreement prior to project kickoff.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencing any design or development work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to final deployment or handover of the website credentials and codebase.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds during the mockup and build phases. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed package allotment will be billed at our standard hourly rate, to be agreed upon in writing before the extra work begins.
5. Timeline & Delays
Estimated launch timelines (e.g. 6 business days) are provided in good faith based on prompt project communication. Delays caused by late client feedback, delayed content delivery, or pending internal board approvals may extend the final delivery date accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full final payment, complete ownership of the custom website design, code, and assets is transferred to the client. Until final payment is cleared, all intellectual property, source files, and design mockups remain the sole property of SpireDevs.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying all required project content (text copy, high-resolution logos, brand imagery) and appointing a primary point of contact for timely reviews and approvals to keep the project on schedule.
8. Limitation of Liability
SpireDevs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the operation of the delivered website. Our total aggregate liability under any agreement is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
9. Hosting & Maintenance
If ongoing hosting, security, or maintenance add-ons are purchased, those services are billed on a monthly recurring basis and may be cancelled by either party with a 30-day written notice.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be billed at the agreed rate, and initial deposits paid are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
